Lapstone Barn Cotswolds

D & N had the most beautiful spring day for their wedding at Lapstone Barn here in the Cotswolds. It's the closest venue to where I live, just around the corner, and is set in the middle of beautiful Cotswold fields.

Getting Ready in the Hayloft

D and her bridesmaids had a lovely morning getting ready in the hayloft at the top of the barn. Makeup was by Kirsti at Beauty Beyond Winchcombe, and hair was by Jules from Jules Makeup Artistry & Hair Design. The boys arrived a bit later looking extremely smart in military uniform.

The bride looked stunning. Her flowers were by Bumblebeez.

Ceremony

Guests started arriving and the ceremony room was looking amazing - decorated by The Cotswold Wedding Co. It was a lovely ceremony, and after a pretty terrible spring, thank goodness the weather was nice enough for everyone to be outside afterwards.

Photos

We did all the group photos, and then went for a walk to the house next to the barn where there was a very beautiful cherry tree in full bloom.

Wedding Breakfast & Speeches

The wedding breakfast room was all set up, and the guests were treated to the delicious food at Lapstone's. Stationary was by Ottie Design. The speeches involved a bit of stripping off, which I won't show here!!

Evening

The bride & groom cut their beautiful cake which was made by Cake By Chloe. They then did their first dance, and we took a few more photos outside as the sun was setting. Lovely day, lovely people.
